add bolt, gvfs-smb and fwupd packages

Would like to request few packages to be added:

bolt for thunderbolt dock handling - some docks might not work withouth this

gvfs-smb for support for samba shares in Nautilus

fwupd - for firmware updates from lvfs (atleast Framework pushes them through lvfs)

For bolt, I think we need something like setup-fingerprint, see #782.

For fwupd, I think it also has to be tied into something for it to add value. Just installing the tool is something you might as well do on your own otherwise.

And I think gvfs-smb is a bit niche for everyone to need that. I think we should add that to the manual.

We should encourage people to keep their firmware updated, especially if on hardware where firmware is updated often, e.g. Framework (;)), Lenovo, ...
