…ade an error in correcting issue bash0#198, so that double pages with different background on the left and right side were not processed correctly. I really believe I have got the cover page and the background handling correct now!

Cures the problem of a completely empty page one not being output, #203.
This also fixes a problem which I introduced in #198, which meant that backgrounds were not correctly chosen when they were different on facing pages.
