Nacrypt 1.2.0

Better sandboxing, default parameters and memory allocations (libsodium_malloc)

This is not backwards compatible due to OPSLIMIT and MEMLIMIT now being written in network byte order for consistency across different endian platforms (ntohl, htonl)
