[BUG] cannot write into note

Bump. This happens when installing 0.12.0 directly rather than upgrading from 0.11.0.

Somehow, installing the latest release writes a memory.db that contains no tables.

Installing version 0.11.0, then removing it and installing version 0.12.0 fixes the problem (but it's not a real fix).

claude-fix: Claude I messed up something with the v0.12.0 release. It looks like migrations aren't being run at startup. Can you find the problem?

thanks @snowshadow and @wtfzambo. I released a version with a fix for new projects. If you'd like to try again, it should work now. You can upgrade by running

uv tool upgrade basic-memory

@wtfzambo I'm trying out some workflows to use claude code directly via github actions. I've had mixed results (not because of claude). It's mostly just bash scripts, I think I'll need to make something more robust.

tried 0.12.1, not working. downgrade to 0.11.0, problem solved
