Improve build feedback information. 

Today when I run:
```
node build.js
```

I don't get any information.

Let's add console log at few places and:
 * Write output that signals where dashboards were written.
 * How many panels were added to a dashboards.
 * Some log line when a panel is added to a dashboard.
