Persistent Config for Custom Agents

Toad needs a persistent config for local agents so it can save session IDs and resume them later. I am developing a custom ACP server and would like to ensure session restore/resume works on clients besides Zed before trying to get it published in registries.

We support ACP session/load in pool:

$ pool -s your-agent

...

To resume this session:
  pool --resume <session-id>

...

$ pool -s your-agent --resume <session-id>

And of course you can make your-agent be the default.
