Pushed an update.

This adds a setting dialog. And fixes the initial creation of the settings.

I've removed reference to the slash commands which weren't implemented.
I've also add notes.md to the repository root (also displayed in the app) which should let you know what is expected to work and what isn't.

Great, thanks! I tried to set my OpenAI key in the settings, and removed it from llm keys by removing the datasette key config file. When I do a query Toad crashes with:

NeedsKeyException: No key found - add one using 'llm keys set openai' or set the OPENAI_API_KEY environment variable

Is the settings key actually used?

Ah, the keys aren't pulled from the settings yet. You will need llm keys for a little while longer.
