Prevailing Projects
Have you ever failed a project? Chances are you have as 70% of all projects fail. This is not because of a lack of effort or incompetence, but because of unforeseen factors which are preventing you from performing at your fullest.
I was inspired by CyberPunk's 2077, No Man’s Sky, Aliens Colonial Marines, Fallout 76, Doom 3, and E.T’s abysmal releases. As well as reflecting upon my own shortcomings on previous projects I had worked on. These aspects inspired me to find a way to manage and optimize my own projects.
Prevailing Projects is designed to take in your project management templates, breakdown your project into key areas and evaluate the success rate of the project based on set criteria's.
We used python and sql to create visualizations that highlight market needs for this product. We then used these findings to lead our project creation through figma. Figma includes the demo of the bot, the process behind it, and an evaluation and trajectory of your project based on set criteria’s.
Finding data on relevant business projects. Such as specific breakdowns/metrics regarding the holistic approach when talking about project management. As well as learning how to use UI/UX design in Figma.
Our website creation in Figma, and illustration of the market and its conditions. We felt we have highlighted a need in the market, why our project makes sense, and how it will be used and implemented for the future of all projects for business.
We learned how to work within a tight timeline and compromise as a team. As well as how to create a MVP that is functional and conveys the scope and idea of our project. As well as the ability to asses market conditions and create a blue ocean product.
The next steps would be implementing the AI. It would include things such as breaking down your project into 4 categories in time, budget, communication and a created success rate. This would then highlight the areas of improvement needed for your success and implement 3 bullet points of ways to improve your project success rate now.
