Fresh install, no apps at all - all categories empty - user puzzled because… show hint

The suggestion is: If no flatpak remote is configured yet, Bazaar should show an info pop-up or a hint or something, advising the user to run flatpak remote-add flathub https://dl.flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo

I was the puzzled user after I've installed Bazaar (deb package) with App Center on Ubuntu 26.04
Bazaar started quickly, but did not show a single app, also there was no spinning wheel indicating that it is loading the catalog and "Synchronize Remotes" had no effect.
After I've checked that flatpak itself was installed too, I did a quick search about using Flatpak and soon found out that at least one remote has to be added by the user and the system rebooted. But this is not obvious for new users.
