App library fixes

This changes the following:

• Removes the Revealer around the global progress bar, as it already has its own animation and normalizes the padding of the button around it.
• Fixes the global progress bar in favorites page
• Adds a run button to completed app install transactions
• Adds a divider to the update section, like used in the transaction tile
