- Switch parent super pom to the bv open source one
- so it can build on a machine that can't talk to the BV maven repo
- Moved JsonUtils and Diffy to their own module / artifact.
- Pulled in Cobertura for code coverage.
- Many Readme updates

* Create ci.yml * setup MAVEN_OPTS to fix "Exception java.lang.reflect.InaccessibleObjectException: Unable to make protected final java.lang.Class java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass(java.lang.String,byte[],int,int,java.security.ProtectionDomain) throws java.lang.ClassFormatError accessible: module java.base does not "opens java.lang" to unnamed module @7c30a502 [in thread "main"] at java.base/java.lang.reflect.AccessibleObject.throwInaccessibleObjectException(AccessibleObject.java:388) ..." * ci: remove travis.yml * ci: test multiple jdk versions * support jdk 21+ * CI badge * ci: add develop branch * support min JDK version 17
