- Fix incorrect directories.
- Update to best-guess correct owners, preferring team labels when they exist.
- Exclude directories with one-off contributions: it's fine to keep default repo ownership for these.

not sure if the team owners like @bazelbuild/configurability ever worked for this repo (Github seems to throw errors on them), but up to you whether you want to keep those.

I noticed that too. Since that's pre-existing, I'll submit as-is then do some test PR (or better yet a real PR) to see if it works. |
