This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app.

Getting Started

First, run the development server:

npm run dev
# or
yarn dev
# or
pnpm dev
# or
bun dev

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

You can start editing the page by modifying app/page.tsx. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.

This project uses next/font to automatically optimize and load Geist, a new font family for Vercel.

Wumpus Agents and Episodes

This project includes an agent-training environment for Wumpus World.

• In-app guide: open /agents when the app is running.
• Repo docs: see docs/AGENTS.md.
• UI: Enhanced Mode → Agent Runner (single/batch) and Replays.
• API: tRPC endpoints agents.list, episodes.runOne, episodes.runBatch, episodes.list, episodes.get, episodes.stats.
• Reproducibility: episodes store seed, engineVersion, initialGrid, and full step history.

Persist episodes across restarts with:

EPISODES_DIR=./data/episodes npm run dev

CLI (requires server running):

npm run agents:list
npm run agents:stats -- --agent random
npm run agents:run -- --agent greedy --grid-size 4 --max-steps 200 --seed 123
npm run agents:run -- --agent random --grid-size 4 --runs 50 --max-steps 200

Flags: --agent, --grid-size, --runs, --max-steps, --seed, --base-url.
