Sync tags from vcenter

Tagging seems not supported by pyvmomi.

This would add another dependency. Not sure if that's worth the trouble.

I know. Usually, its just another query, done. Not in this case. You need to add another connection instance just to query the tags.

Hey @ShmoeTheHo can you try this feature/read-vcenter-tags. I added syncing of vCenter tags.

you need to set sync_tags and sync_parent_tags to True in your settings.ini

would highly appreciate your test results.

Tested in dev environment and it seems to work.
