Returning Timestamp when sending message

With signal-cli i use the timestamp being return with an send command to track delivery and read notifications. signal-cli-rest doesn't return this timestamp.

Do i miss anything which would allow me to relate these notification messages to the corresponding messages?
To me it seems that it would be helpful to return the timestamp when using the send command (like signal-cli does)

I did some testing over the last days, the change is working for me.
