docs(wiki): add Detect Stats page (EN/zh-TW/ja-JP) Reference for the experimental Detect Stats tab: auto-detect player HP/MP/Gold by scoring dumped metadata + optional snapshot "value went down" signal, confirm against the live game, ranked result columns, and 🌍/finder/ copy row actions.
