docs(wiki): add SPC Query page (EN/zh-TW/ja-JP) Reference for the experimental SPC Query tab: CE "Unknown Initial Value + Increased/Decreased" over N persisted snapshots. Single mode (Join modes, baseline/predicate-chain snapshot sequence, per-row Value filter + Matches coerced-range preview, results, noise picker) and Group mode (2-4 per-value direction chains, master-detail Pattern), plus an SPC-vs-Diff table.
