Initial Release

This is the first release of the IceWM Extra Themes package. This package is intended to contain additional themes for IceWM that are too numerous to be included in the IceWM release (takes up too much space and menu real-estate). It is also intended to replace the Debian icewm-themes package and initially has the same contents. Attached is an autoconf tarball and an archlinux source package for building the release.
