Progress Update (Native Upload Test)

This image was uploaded using GitHub's native S3 upload flow — the same mechanism the web UI uses when you paste/drop an image. No gh-assets branch needed.

Upload flow:

1. POST /upload/policies/assets → get signed S3 form
2. XHR POST to S3 with signed fields + file → 204
3. PUT /upload/assets/{id} → confirm → user-attachments URL
