  1. Fixed the inconsistent order in cgc_standard_out.tsv and cgc.gff when there are multiple domains. Currently, when we select functional annotation, we follow the priority of CAZyme>TC>TF>STP>SULFATLAS>PEPTIDASE.
  2. Fixed the incorrect log display in CGCFinder.
