ClassCastException in org.bouncycastle.mail.smime.SMIMEEnvelopedGenerator

When running in a current release version of Apache Sling we get a ClassCastException in the static initializer because the the CommandMap is not an instance of MailcapCommandMap. See http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/sling-users/201409.mbox/browser.

I think I've managed to sort this out. Try the latest version in http://www.bouncycastle.org/betas - the source should be appearing on github shortly as well.

Thanks so far. Just for completeness one has to add a mailcap file containing the content handlers to in this case a several bundle or fragment (not sure if the last one works).
