Add a random string annotation to the Helm Deployment.
Why did you make these changes?
Random string annotation will trigger a new Deployment when Helm upgrade is run. See Helm documentation: https://helm.sh/docs/howto/charts_tips_and_tricks/#automatically-roll-deployments
