Summary:
Sends a system email to all MPT (EAO) Managers when a Management Plan package has been reviewed by a Team Member and is awaiting Manager’s approval. The email matches the style of other system emails (e.g. new submission notification).
Trigger: After a Team Member completes their review (Consultation or MP Review), the system notifies MPT Managers that the package is ready for Manager approval.
Recipients: All members of the EAO Manager group (SUBMIT/EAO_MANAGER in Keycloak).
Content: Notification includes package name, project name, and the reviewing team member’s name, with a link to log in to EPIC.submit to view the submission package.
