Update Z1 and SSRN restriction information in SIMS

As a Student I need to see the impact of Z1 and SSRN restrictions on my account.

• Display the following on the student Account Activity page under StudentAidBC Restrictions:
  Code SSRN - Poor scholastic standing

A restriction has been placed on your account due to repeated withdrawals or unsuccessful completion of studies. Because you appealed for further funding or had your eligibility for funding reinstated following two withdrawals or 68 weeks of unsuccessful study, and you subsequently withdrew or were unsuccessful completing studies, you are no longer eligible for StudentAid BC funding, nor in-study payment-free status. If you require additional information, please contact the financial assistance office of your post-secondary institution, or StudentAid BC at 1-800-561-1818 (within North America), 1-778-309-4621 (outside North America), or by email at StudentAidBC@gov.bc.ca.

• Display the following on the student website under StudentAidBC Restrictions:
  Code Z1 - Grant overaward.

Due to an outstanding grant overaward from a previous student assistance application, you may not eligible for StudentAid BC funding at this time. This grant overaward must be repaid in full before further provincial funding can be considered. To arrange payment of your grant overaward, please contact Revenue Services of British Columbia at 1-866-361-5050 or (250) 387-6093. Once this overaward has been repaid in full, please contact StudentAidBC.

• Remove Z1 and description from Federal Restrictions list on Account Activity page
