CR: Display updated columns for Historical Applications section

Current Behaviour

When viewing a Registration, the current Details page includes the following columns in the "Applications" section:

• Number
• Type
• Conditions
• Property Host Name
• Address
• Local Government

Desired Behaviour

• Application Number
• Date Submitted

Business Value

When viewing the historical list of applications (initial or renewal), the examiners only need to see the Application Number and Date Subitted.

In the examiner side/ historical section, the Applications table is still displaying information as the Current Behavior states, not according to the Desired behavior
Has it been pushed to QA?
