Description: After I select online payment option, I will put in my card details, successfully complete my transaction, get a receipt, and be brought back to the Portal
Acceptance Criteria
- direct user to Bambora (AKA Worldine) for payment
** pass the NOI ID and the $150 amount
** See snips attached for what the Bambora pages look like - communicate succesful payment
- provide option to save a receipt
- bring them back to Portal
