This PR makes a change to the navigation menu in Storybook, sorting components into categories to make it easier for users to find the components they need:
It also flattens the structure of some stories across the board, to remove redundant foldering except for multi-part components (eg. Button and ButtonGroup.)
This categorization rubric will be mirrored in Figma and in the docs library on gov.bc.ca.
