Reporting through an error that appears in the fee summary for MHR Search + PPR Lien Search.

This search type should be $15, as per posted rates on https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/housing-tenancy/owning-a-home/manufactured-home-registry#forms-fees

Bumping the estimate by a point, taking this opportunity to refactor and leverage our connect fee component and replace the old one, for Staff/SBC-Staff

Hey @cameron-eyds , for the staff account when the Lien is selected on the selection list and navigating to the review screen displays the Fee Summary as expected, but as soon as the payment is selected, the combined search is not displayed in the Fee Summary component, Please take a look, thanks!

Will also need to update the FeeSummary to include a Certified Search Fee, when selected.
