CR: Update STRAA Section Number in "Declined" Email Templates #31695
Description
Current Behaviour
In the email sent to Hosts when a registration is refused (a.k.a. declined), the section of the Short-Term Rental Accommodations Act being reference by the email template is 10(2).
Desired Behaviour
The correct section of the Short-Term Rental Accommodations Act regarding refusals is 10(1).
Change Request
Update references to section 10(2) to 10(1) in the following email templates:
- strr-HOST_DECLINED.md
- strr-HOST_PROVISIONALLY_DECLINED.md
