• Enable ToD options for clients in the Transfer Type Drop Down
• For the Lawyers and notaries (only - no other qs types)
• This will need to be feature flagged

To qualify for the QualifiedSupplierLawyersNotaries role, the user must:

• Have the MHR_TRANSFER_SALE role
• Have the MHR_QSLN product included in their account
