SYSTEM IS SOMEHOW DUPLICATING DRAFTS AND REGISTRATIONS- SEE EMAILED DETAILS:

Developer Note:
Verified duplicate requests submitted by the UI in the gateway log and the database. Submissions are within 10 seconds of each other and identical.

Within the last 7 days there have been 7 such occurrences:

May be related to browser type and version.

Image with browser version used by account ID 1731 attached. Client also said that she sometimes uses Chrome, but recently updated the version and is not sure which browser she was using when the duplicate submissions occurred.

Build a unit test to ensure the Review and Pay button is disabled after a successful submission.

Test Notes:
The issue is difficult to reproduce. At minimum, please verify the following:

• The PPR registration payment process works correctly.
• If an error occurs after clicking the Review and Pay button, the button remains enabled and usable.
