API - Limited Restoration - make Fields for Email & Phone non-editable #32594
Description
Identified in UAT. Business assigned a High priority.
Limited Restoration -> Confirm Business Info -> 2. Reg Office Contact
When performing a Limited Restoration the corp should be restored with the Contact Email and Phone Number it had prior to being dissolved. There should be no ability for staff to enter or modify Email and Phone number info.
Change Requested:
Remove the data entry boxes for Email Address, Phone Number and Extension.
Instead, display those fields as non-editable information.
Current setup
Email is required and the update will fail with null email
