DBC: Restoring a corp should not add Custodian/Incorporator/etc roles to re-issued DBC

When the restore job runs it doesn’t filter out party roles, so if I’m the Incorporator of the corp (or have other party roles set during dissolve and restore, like Custodian etc) then those can get added to the roles attr.

Should add party role filtering to our supported roles only
