Decommission the UAT environment. Use Sandbox for any required UAT testing.
Create an OPs sprint ticket and log all requests as sub-tickets, including those under 30 minutes.
Acceptance Criteria:
- UAT environment is fully removed.
- Sandbox is identified as the default environment for any UAT needs.
- OPs sprint ticket is created.
- All requests are logged as sub-tickets moving forward.
