Why is this needed and what's the plan to retire this FF?

I'm thinking that a FF on top of another FF on top of the permissions tables isn't the best way to go. Thoughts?

archiving next release, needs more time to QA the completing party only, waiting on a separate account.

What I understand is that this new FF is enables some functionality ahead of time from the main FF. And, the new FF will be removed/archived in a near, future release.

I am OK with this.
