This PR tidies up the business-filer Poetry configuration by removing legacy/unused dependency declarations and normalizing formatting, aligning the project with the existing PEP 621-style [project] dependency pattern used elsewhere in queue_services.
Changes:
- Removed obsolete commented local dependency lines from the dependencies list.

[tool.poetry.dependencies]block (business-model = {develop = true}), leaving dependency management under[project].dependencies. - Normalized
