This adds fields required by MMTI to the Project collection. It also provides a new API call to retrieve major mines.
Note: This includes a script which must be run after landing. This populates the new Project fields with data from MMTI, and provides a relationship between MEM and EPIC projects. The script is not time-sensitive; I will run it when appropriate.
