Dev: Work around aiobotocore XAmzContentSHA256Mismatch error

Describe the task
We can't upgrade the current version of aiobotocore because we encounter a XAmzContentSHA256Mismatch error. We should figure out the source of this error and try to work around it.

Acceptance Criteria

• Update to the latest version of aiobotocore with no more error
• Remove aiobotocore as an ignored path in renovate.json
