Adds /p2e-bootstrap \u2014 turn a PRD, storyboard, or project description into a populated 2D story map (phases \u00d7 tiers \u00d7 UXOs) in one pass.

Features:

• Parses a source doc (markdown file or inline description)
• Asks 1\u20134 high-level clarifying questions via AskUserQuestion
• Drafts the full matrix and renders it as a grid for review
• Deep-dive into any cell via superpowers:brainstorming or gstack-office-hours
• Writes phases + UXOs in one batched MCP call

Constraint: The P2E MCP surface has no projects.create op yet. Create the project shell in the P2E UI first.
