Python script to generate random set of price data

pricegen --ofile <OUTPUTFILE> --pvn <NUMBER OF PV> --ecppv <EANCODES PER PV>
where:
OUTPUTFILE is the output csv file NUMBER OF PV is the number of the sales points EANCODES PER PV is the number of eancodes to assign to every single sales point
