Closing. The MVP scope is explicitly Eclipse Temurin 17 and 21 (cf. SPEC-FUNCTIONAL §3.1, locked decision in CLAUDE.md). Bumping the runner image to Temurin 25 changes the supported JVM matrix; that is a product decision rather than a routine dependency update. When the maintainer decides to add Temurin 25 to the support matrix, that change will land in a feature commit alongside the corresponding spec, schema, regime, and documentation updates — not as an automatic dependency bump. |

Drift tests pass. - thiserror 1.0 → 2.0 (major). #[derive(Error)] usage compatible; no source change. - sha2 0.10 → 0.11. API stable; no source change. Closed without merging: PRs #1, #8, #9 (eclipse-temurin 17/21 → 25-jdk-jammy). The MVP supported JVM matrix is Temurin 17 and 21 per SPEC-FUNCTIONAL §3.1; bumping to Temurin 25 is a scope change, not a routine update.
