The most efficient way to achieve this might be to to add dat protocol support to YaCy.

You don't even have to limit yourself to sites with a DNS address then, because in YaCy it's the users who decide which sites to crawl and which indexes to seed. So if you create your own website with Beaker and then crawl and seed it through YaCy, you might be able to reach an audience without using DNS at all. That cuts another middleman from the P2P web.
