Documentation on how to use the addon

Users do not currently have a way of knowing how to use the add-on. It needs to be documented in the repository as well as add documentation in game somehow.

For the commands, i would just add them in the readme / workshop comments

That's what I meant for commands but recently @PossiblyCharles added more customization so maybe that could be documented?
