Add a reference to the Interactive beanquery manual to the README.md

I have created the Interactive beanquery manual, which got some positive feedbacks.

I think it would be benefical to add a refernce to this manaul from the README.md file.

I already asked Martin to add a reference to the Beancount - Query Language document
