Need to show customer cancellation terms before they actually cancel

Before a user cancels an order (after confirm has been called), the BPP needs to communicate cancellation terms to the buyer—cancellation fee/penalty, refund policy, time-based conditions, and non-refundable scenarios. ++ @ravi-prakash-v

All these details can be sent via on_init inside a composable object inside the Order.orderAttributes field. This object should include an @context and an @type field pointing to the appropriate DEG schema and semantic vocabulary.

Note: These terms albeit generic, can use DEG-specific schema to capture the same. Newer versions of the protocol MAY include generalized schema to support the same.
