在miui9和其他一国产系统悬浮窗问题

由于没有设置悬浮窗不能正确现实picker。求解

[zhuozp]

去把里面的代码自己改下吧。根据自己的需求改。不要用到悬浮窗，用popupwindow代替。

PickerViewModule类修改如下：
