There is a feature in the ShieldApp which can be used to report any deepfake video but it defaults to FTC of USA
There's a similar govt body in India called I4C
So I am adding this feature which will ask the users country (for now India or USA) and redirect the users to their respective cyber crime security agency to file a report
In this PR i have added the key USER_COUNTRY, a flow which monitors the state of this key which on change will make all the changes throught the app and a setter which will add the user country to the datastore
