removed setup-java caching which only caches the dependencies and added setup-gradle which will cache the successful builds too#7

Switched to gradle/actions/setup-gradle@v3 for smarter Gradle caching. After this pr's merge, Gradle will skip compilation and unit tests for unchanged modules, significantly reducing CI time for future PRs.
