Regenerate repository structure from the latest beman.exemplar cookiecutter template (commit f575989), preserving all monadics-specific C++ source files, tests, docs, and CI matrix configuration. Key changes: - Update infra submodule and beman-install-library to latest version - Add CONTRIBUTING.md from exemplar template - Add .exemplar_version tracking file - Remove .devcontainer/devcontainer.json (dropped from template) - Update CMakePresets.json, .gitattributes, .markdownlint.yaml, .pre-commit-config.yaml to latest exemplar versions - Update ci_tests.yml: bump infra-workflows to 1.5.0, preserve monadics build-and-test CI matrix, update pre-commit-check and pre-commit-update workflows - Update README.md with exemplar boilerplate while preserving monadics-specific content; regenerate Supported Platforms table via beman-readme-platforms - Update tests/CMakeLists.txt: use find_package(Catch2 3 REQUIRED) - Update include/CMakeLists.txt: list all detail headers explicitly Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
