I just got the latest rtlamr and rtl_tcp versions.
Running under Windows 11 Version 25H2 (Build 26200.8246).
rtl_tcp version daily build from 19 April 2026, Windows, 64 Bit.
rtlamr v0.9.5 from 25 April 2026, Windows, 64 Bit.

I am not sure if this is a bug or just a setting that is not right.
